ParaSolar

ParaSolar celebrates the Centennial anniversary of the city of Tel Aviv. It features 60 international projects on the future of the city. Located on Tel Aviv’s infamous Performing Art Square , ParaSolar was conceived to provide varying solar/ shading conditions. The project is organized according to solar intensities while using minimal amounts of energy and materials. In order to achieve the most performance per energy unit, ParaSolar’s pneumatics are based on a single procedure that integrates solar parameters into a skin that is simultaneously structure, cladding, sign and envelop.
